❌ What’s Not Included
- Long-term luggage storage (transportation only; storage for additional days is not included).
- Fragile or valuable items without proper packaging (be sure to pack delicate items securely).
🔄 How it works, step by step
- Purchase the service and fill out the form: where we’ll pick up the suitcase (ORIGIN) and the date, and where it’s going (DESTINATION) and by when.
- Receive your label by email: You’ll receive the label as a PDF with your order confirmation. Print it out, write your name and the pickup date at your destination on it, and attach it to your suitcase where it’s visible.
- Drop off the suitcase at the agreed-upon location on the specified day.
- Pick it up at your destination: Your luggage will be waiting for you in Santiago (Hospedería San Martín Pinario, next to the cathedral, open 24 hours) or at the final drop-off point you’ve specified.
⏱️ Deadlines
- Request the service at least 5 business days before the pickup date.

Take only the essentials for the day (water, raincoat, ID) and leave the rest in your suitcase: your legs will thank you for it at every stage.
