2. Scope
These terms govern the purchase of physical products in the bicigrino.com online store: cycling equipment, bicycle and luggage transport services, and bicycle touring gear.
Bicycle rental for the Camino de Santiago is booked through our reservation system (FareHarbor) and is governed by its own conditions, summarised in section 9.
3. Products and prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT (21%). Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before you confirm your order.
4. Payment methods
We accept credit or debit card, PayPal, Revolut Pay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order will be processed once payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Orders for physical products are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 working days from payment confirmation. If urgent transport is chosen, the goods are shipped within 48 hours; if this is not possible, the customer will be informed.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery zone and shown at checkout. We also offer free local pickup at our shop; the address and availability are shown at checkout.
The customer will receive a confirmation email when the order is shipped.
6. Delivery
Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days. If delivery does not take place within this period, the customer may request delivery within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, terminate the contract with a full refund by the same payment method used.
The customer has three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss found upon delivery.
7. Bicycle transport
For bicycle and luggage transport services, Bicigrino SL acts as an intermediary and manager through transport companies, mainly SEUR and Correos. In the event of damage, delays or claims attributable to the handling of the goods by the transport company, resolution of the dispute and any compensation will be the responsibility of the transport company and its insurers.
The pickup and delivery location must be arranged and notified in advance by the customer. If you send a bicycle to a hotel or other establishment, you must coordinate this and request permission beforehand. Deliveries are only accepted at safe, easily accessible locations for carriers (hotels, hostels, bike shops, etc., at street level). Airbnb-type accommodation and private homes without suitable access are excluded.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without justification, by writing to tomas@bicigrino.com. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The refund will be made by the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already performed (for example, completed transports) or personalised products.
9. Bicycle rental (summary of conditions)
