Description
We install luggage racks, panniers, and everything needed for bicycle touring. Our experience in bicycle touring has translated into these bikes, conditioned and specially prepared for long-distance routes.
The carbon fork gives it extra comfort and flexibility.
We preferably offer models with a single front chainring because we consider it more reliable and easier to use. Our gravel bikes are all very high-end (the highest before reaching carbon). As they are for rent and to install luggage racks, we look for reliability, and for that reason, all our Gravel bikes have an aluminum frame.
We work with the highest-end models from CANNONDALE and FOCUS BIKES.
We offer a quality standard; if you reserve one of our bicycles, you could receive either a Cannondale Topstone 1 or a Focus Atlas 6.8.
Included
- Specific and pre-installed pannier rack.
- Tires specially chosen for optimal use on the Camino route.

- Water bottle (new and for individual use, you can take it as a souvenir or souvenir at the end of the trail).
- Pair of saddlebags, waterproof, with click fastening system to put on and remove easily.
- Bicycle lock
- Practical bag on the top bar.
- Repair tool kit.
- Grease and oil kit to lubricate the bicycle during the journey.
- Gel seat cover to prevent chafing.
- Valve adapter that will allow you to put air in at gas stations.
Not Included
- Bell: we prefer to encourage respect for pilgrims (overtake carefully and greet “Buen Camino!”).
- Lights: they are not necessary to carry out day stages.
- Helmet: not included for hygiene and safety reasons.
FAQ
Yes, helmets are always mandatory outside the city. It is also 100% advisable to use it inside the city because if you suffer an accident this can make the effect much smaller. Helmets are not included in the rental, as we think that for hygiene reasons it is not recommended. We also do not have them for rent.
It is a mandatory refundable deposit. It must be paid up to 10 days before the start of the rental, this deposit will be returned within 5 to 7 working days after the return of the bicycles.
If the bicycle has any serious damage or any material is missing when it is returned, the cost of the deposit will be deducted.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the reservation, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to the reservation date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
On the other hand, if you cancel the reservation later, we could not return anything.
We can send the bicycles to the hotels/hostels that you wish, as long as they have a reception on the ground floor with commercial hours. We will never send the bicycles to Airbnb-type rental apartments (or similar) or pensions. There is also the option of sending them to bicycle shops, for this consult us where they could be delivered.
You may postpone a reservation already made for up to two years. However, you must notify us at least ten days before the rental start date.

Return of bicycles in Santiago
At the end of your walk in Santiago please return your ticket to Hospedería San Martín Pinario :

How to return the bicycle in Santiago?
The front desk will tell you where to leave your bike. The bike will not be checked at the hotel. It will be checked by our team when it arrives at our workshop.
Alternative Deliveries
If you wish to return the bicycle to another location, prior arrangements must be made. You have Supplement: +60€
Maintenance and breakdowns
Our bicycles are shipped checked and tested. However, transport may cause small maladjustments (especially in the gear shift).
Second Review in Store
- We always prioritize delivery in store for additional mechanical review.
- Cost of adjustment in store: +20€ (direct payment in the store).
- If you pick up the bike at a location other than an authorized store, we do not guarantee a perfect fit.
Terms of Use
- In the first 24 h or 80 km you must communicate any problem. Afterwards, it will be considered the responsibility of the user.
- Punctures: common breakdown and must be resolved by the user with the included kit.
- Chain / derailleur / fuse breakage: usually due to use. The user must solve it with the tools provided.
