EXCELLENT RESPONSE
I have been renting e-bikes from Bicigrino for several years to do the Camino on different routes, always satisfactorily. This year I suffered a breakdown in the one they provided, which made it impossible to continue... It was a Sunday, very late in the afternoon. Getting to the hotel was complicated, already at night... however, Bicigrino responded, despite it being a holiday and at a complicated time. The next day, at eight-thirty in the morning, I had a magnificent replacement e-bike at the hotel so that I could continue my route. In addition to apologizing, they made sure that my experience with them did not leave a bad taste in my mouth: they succeeded. The solution was as fast and efficient as could be expected. Great professionals. After completing ten Caminos, with all kinds of incidents, my recommendation is clear: there are other companies with somewhat lower prices, but it is not worth it... Best holiday ever.
Tomas was extremely helpful I had to change my dates three times. Once I go sick, then a year later my brother got very sick, the next year I had to change again as my flight through Doha was cancelled and had to fly through Beijing. I paid in 2024 and was never charged extra due to rental increases. Bikes never stopped and are well looked after. Go for the full suspension ebikes it’s like riding in a comfy seat. You still have to work up the hills it’s not a free ride. Every time I had to delay Tomas was always very understanding and I would recommend him as number one choice for bike hire. Doing the camino on electric bikes
The trip on the Camino with bikes was amazing. It allowed us to travel further. But still experiencing the Camino. The bike that were supplied were of the best quality mountain bikes full suspension made all terrain and conditions even if the terrain was too difficult to ride the bikes come with walk mode where they move themselves at walking speed which made life much easier. Fantastic experience - ride of a lifetime
Bicigrinos was amazing and provided me with a bike for the ride of a lifetime. Firstly, they have very high quality bikes that are customized to meet the rigors of multi day bike trekking on the Camino de Santiago. The bike was well-maintained and reliable. Further, I had no mechanical issues whatsoever on an 11-day rental. Second, they provide super-helpful information about the Camino in a well-written, uptodate and informative guide (an Added-plus would be an English language edition). The bike was delivered and easy to assemble to my hotel in France. Drop off was easy in Santiago. Lastly, Tomás was responsive, helpful and always available to answer my questions. In all, a fantastic experience and highly recommended. ———Bicigrinos fue increíble y me proporcionó una bicicleta para el viaje de mi vida. En primer lugar, tienen bicicletas de muy alta calidad que están personalizadas para hacer frente a los rigores del trekking en bicicleta de varios días en el Camino de Santiago. La moto estaba bien cuidada y era fiable. Además, no tuve ningún problema mecánico en un alquiler de 11 días. En segundo lugar, brindan información súper útil sobre el Camino en una guía bien redactada, actualizada e informativa (un agregado adicional sería una edición en inglés). La bicicleta fue entregada y fácil de montar en mi hotel en Francia. La entrega fue fácil en Santiago. Por último, Tomás fue receptivo, servicial y siempre disponible para responder mis preguntas. Biking the Camino Santiago with Bicigrinos
Thanks toTomas and the staff at Bicigrino we had a great experience biking the Camino Frances! They were professional, friendly, and responsive to our requests. Bicigrino and Tomas Sanchez were great! Excellent serious organization which helped on ever stage of our Camino Portuguese from Porto to Santiago their valuable guidance and support made our Camino a sensational one and for me the best of the 3 I have done, being this my first one on bike as finishing this one we are now planning the Camino del Norte and it will most defiantly be with Bicigrino and the help of Tomas!Thanks a million guys!! Cycling the Camino Frances of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela
Absolutely excellent! I arranged for pick-up of the bike in Liebana Bikes, Astorga (where I received excellent service and attention) and had a totally brilliant, wonderful time cycling from Astorga to Santiago de Compostela. The bike (Specialized) was excellent – 100 times better than my own bike at home! It was a joy to cycle this bike. Camino Frances
SJPdP to Santiago. Bikes arrived in excellent condition. All we had to do was turn the handlebars and attach panniers. Would not have wanted any other bike on the Camino! We also used Bicigrino to transfer our luggage to our end destination. It was in Santiago waiting for us when we got there. The entire process was very easy. We had a problem with a blown out tire during our ride. Despite being after hours, Bicigrino was able to put me in contact with someone within walking distance that was able to put a new tire and tube on and get us on our way quickly!

Camino De Santiago in 6 1/2 days
I am glad i rented a bicycle from Bicigrino. It was equipped very well for the trip. And everything was done in time. Tomás is very patient and walk me thru the entire process of renting the bike and shipping my luggage to Santiago de Compostela. Even tho I did the Camino in a few 6 1/2 days when I arrived to Santiago de Compostela my luggage was waiting for me in Hotel la salle, a short walk from la Plaze de Labradoiro
