We transport your luggage from the start of your route or Camino de Santiago. When you return your rental bikes at the end of the route, you will find your luggage in Santiago or at your final destination.

Due to costs, it is not profitable for us to rent bicycles for less than the 7-day amount offered. It is not a question of time but of the minimum amount we can charge for a service.
You must select the minimum period and you can use the bicycles for the days you need them 4, 5, 6 days… but we will not be able to charge you a lower amount.
It is possible to use it for fewer days, but we will not be able to rent it to you for a lower value.
After many years of providing the service, we have detected that it is not hygienic and, according to health regulations, it is not acceptable for helmets to pass from one customer to another.
We recommend that you bring your own helmet or buy a new one in the stores where we will deliver our bicycles.
We seek maximum efficiency and that the bicycles and accessories are comfortable for the largest number of users.
All our bicycles have SHIMANO SPD mixed pedals.
If you want to bring your own pedals, you can do so if you notify us after making your reservation via email.
Yes, you can receive it.
We deliver our bicycles to the main starting points of the Camino de Santiago, and Saint Jean Pied de Port is one of the most important.
In that town, we deliver our bicycles in a store, a mechanic will provide it to you and help you with the final adjustments.
Yes, it is possible, and you can even move the dates in a more or less flexible way.
If you have any impediment, you can even postpone your reservation to use it for 2 years after what you had planned.
We give you all the facilities to maintain your reservation, but if you still want to cancel it, these are the CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
– Canceling before 30 days, we will make a full refund.
– Canceling between 30 and 15 days, we will penalize you with 50% of the reservation.
– Canceling less than 15 days before activating the service: we will penalize you with 100% of what was paid.
However, you shouldn’t worry, as we have indicated before, we can assign your reservation to a friend of yours, we can move it in time for a period of 2 years…, we will help you in whatever you need so that you do not lose your investment in adventures and happiness.
