Amenities
Located near Santiago de Compostela, in Castañeda-Arzúa, where the Camino de Santiago passes, the Pazo de Sedor is a 17th-century building that stands out for its setting of rural landscapes. On its main façade, the balcony running from side to side stands out, as does its roof, crowned by a Baroque chimney. Also notable for their originality are the main staircase and a smaller one, built within the walls.
ServicesThe interior of the house invites long conversations or quiet reading in the lounges, which occupy the whole ground floor of the building, or in the spacious rooms with full bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi and telephone, located on the upper floor. The old kitchen or ‘lareira’ has an enormous fireplace and 2 ovens, the architectural jewels of the pazo. The dining room is in an annex building.
Outside, you can enjoy numerous activities, such as playing padel, going for a bike ride, walking a stretch of the Camino de Santiago or, simply, strolling through the garden and the orchard. You will enjoy absolute tranquillity, under the murmur of the water from the old mill and the singing of the birds.
The best logistics of the Camino de Santiago. We have a hotel next to the cathedral of Santiago as a point of assistance and collection of our rental bicycles.
