The kitchen, led by Nati Palacín, offers dishes as tasty as chickpea stew, roast or casserole lamb, garlic soup made with the typical garlic of Castrojeriz, Burgos black pudding and rice pudding.
If you order it, the roast casserole lamb can be prepared as it was made in the old straw-fired kitchens, over a slow fire. All dishes are made with natural products and cooked unhurriedly, step by step, as it was done in our grandparents’ homes.
