La Moncloa de San Lázaro is located in Cacabelos (León), at one of the town’s entrances on the east side, next to the Plaza de San Lázaro; in this square two old, historic roads converge: the Camino de Santiago, which enters El Bierzo via Foncebadón and which from Ponferrada continues through the towns of Columbrianos and Camponaraya to head to Cacabelos, and the Camino Real, which enters the region via Manzanal (del Puerto) and heads through Bembibre and Cabañas Raras, also to Cacabelos.
