Strategically located, a stone’s throw from the church, our hostel is one of the oldest houses in the old town.

Fully restored and redesigned, this beautiful four-storey house is today a comfortable, warm accommodation for 15 people.

As walkers and former pilgrims, we wanted a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. It is our home and it is furnished and fitted out like any house, with the intention of welcoming you for your overnight stop or longer, to rest, share experiences and meet other walkers.

At the foot of the hostel, in the village’s alleys, you will find restaurants, shops and all services in the small fortified town.

• 2 large rooms with 4 and 6 beds
• 2 independent rooms with a double bed (and a bathroom for one)
• The beds are equipped with sheets, blankets and pillowcases

BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms for only 15 people

LOUNGE: a spacious 40 m² living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, tables and chairs so you can write your walker’s diary, with extensive documentation on the Camino and the Pyrenees.

This is how the French monk Aimery Picaud described this stage in the first “Pilgrim’s Guide” ever written, and that in the year 1135. Millions of pilgrims later, the mountain is in the same place and the pilgrim is confronted with the same crossing towards Roncesvalles. We must not close our eyes: the stage is serious, with its 27 kilometres and 1,200 m of elevation gain. But we will be there to prepare it with you, talk it over and thus help you turn this legendary, wonderful stage into a great moment.
