In Hornillos del Camino you will find this functional, modern and recently opened place to rest peacefully away from the city and in the tranquillity of a small, typical Burgos village. A special place to store the bicycles and all the attention cyclists need.

On some days massages are offered, and there is a large garden where pilgrims can do yoga, meditation, etc. The hostel also has private rooms (doubles and singles).
NearbyThe first time this village appears in documentary records is in the 9th century, because a defensive line formed by fortress towers of primitive Castile passed through there. At that time this village was known as “Forniellos”, meaning small ovens, in which tiles were fired.
Over the years up to three hospitals were created: that of San Lázaro, for lepers and pilgrims; that of the Holy Spirit, created for pilgrims and travellers, and another. Today all have disappeared. The monument of the Parish Church stands out, built in the village square, now fully renovated.
