La posada nueva is a large house of the XIXth century, completely restored preserving the wood and stone of its age. It is located in the city center, in the heart of Biskarret.
The house has:

- First floor: 4 double bedrooms (2 of them with private bathroom) and a bathroom.
- Second floor: 4 double rooms with bathroom, living room with fireplace and exclusive TV.

Biskarret
Biskarret is historically linked to Camino de Santiago, which was an obligatory stopping point for walkers, especially until the appearance of the hostelry of Roncesvalles. There was also a hospital for pilgrims, which remains are still preserved. Amongst its architecture, the parish church of San Pedro stands out, belonging to the proto-Gothic style of the early thirteenth century. Perched on a hill 790 meters above sea level, it offers a panoramic view of Biskarret.
Camino de Santiago
Camino de Santiago offers beautiful and unforgettable landscapes, treasures that are discovered in every footstep or pedal stroke. La posada nueva is located in the middle stage between Roncesvalles and Zubiri (12 Km), end of the stage from Orisson (29 Km). Many pilgrims also come from St. Jean Pied de Port (35 Km) or from Luzaide-Valcarlos (27 Km).

San Jean Pied de Port
Medieval capital of low Navarre, one of the most charming cities in the French Basque Country. It is the last stage of the Camino before the Pyrenees. It is very tourist, visiting the Citadel, which is located in the upper part, is required. From there there is a viewpoint with beautiful views of the city and the mountains.
