Hotel La Posada has a fine cuisine offer, which can be enjoyed in the restaurant El Meson, consisting of traditional food of the region, always using the best local produce. The kitchen lead by Nati Palacín offers tasty dishes such as chickpea stew, lamb roasted or cooked in a casserole, garlic soup, made with typical Castrojeriz garlic, black pudding from Burgos and rice pudding.
If you request it, we can prepare roasted lamb in the casserole as was done in the old kitchens of straw, over low heat.
All dishes are made with natural ingredients and cooked slowly, step by step, as was done in the house of the grandparents.
