A small roadside restaurant whose history goes back to the years when the N-VI national road passed by its door, with huge traveller traffic and a bustle of meals and guests.

Its owners reinvented themselves and have adapted that small roadside inn into a pilgrims’ hostel where they continue to offer their care and meals as they always had with travellers. Before on four wheels, and now pilgrim and bike-pilgrim travellers.

A family atmosphere, an eating house, a bar and a place to stop before the hard climbs of O’Cebreiro.

Services

On the first floor of our premises are the rooms of our hostel.

The Albergue El Peregrino has been awarded the highest category granted by the Junta de Castilla y León to the hostels of the Camino de Santiago in this community.

They are rooms with bunks for 2, 3 and 4 people, with toilet and shower inside each room.

With this, what we do is ensure that both “Camino de Santiago” pilgrims and people coming for the weekend, whether young people or adventurers, can be in a place that is sufficiently spacious, clean and without excessive crowding, able to rest from a hard day’s Camino de Santiago or from visiting all the tourist corners of our region.

The rooms of our hostel also have heating and Wi-Fi connection.

Nearby

The hostel is in the vicinity of the national road and just before the start of the O’Cebreiro mountain.

Those who decide to stop here will be in an eating house and a place served with a family atmosphere.

You can quietly have a beer and admire the imposing mountains drawn on the horizon.
