EXCELLENT RESPONSE
I have been renting e-bikes from Bicigrino for several years to do the Camino on different routes, always satisfactorily. This year I suffered a breakdown in the one they provided, which made it impossible to continue... It was a Sunday, very late in the afternoon. Getting to the hotel was complicated, already at night... however, Bicigrino responded, despite it being a holiday and at a complicated time. The next day, at eight-thirty in the morning, I had a magnificent replacement e-bike at the hotel so that I could continue my route. In addition to apologizing, they made sure that my experience with them did not leave a bad taste in my mouth: they succeeded. The solution was as fast and efficient as could be expected. Great professionals. After completing ten Caminos, with all kinds of incidents, my recommendation is clear: there are other companies with somewhat lower prices, but it is not worth it... Best holiday ever.
Tomas was extremely helpful I had to change my dates three times. Once I go sick, then a year later my brother got very sick, the next year I had to change again as my flight through Doha was cancelled and had to fly through Beijing. I paid in 2024 and was never charged extra due to rental increases. Bikes never stopped and are well looked after. Go for the full suspension ebikes it’s like riding in a comfy seat. You still have to work up the hills it’s not a free ride. Every time I had to delay Tomas was always very understanding and I would recommend him as number one choice for bike hire. A pleasure.
Impeccable service, the procedure for picking up and returning the bikes was very clear. I had the bad luck of breaking an important part of my bike while traveling the northern route, and they coordinated a repair service for me in a city I passed through, all top-notch. Bicycle Shipping

Excellent service and great flexibility.
We rented bicycles with Bicigrino to do the Camino de Santiago, and the experience has been very positive. We had to make several changes both in the number of bicycles and in the duration of the rental, and we always received quick, personal, and very flexible service. The pickup and drop-off were very simple, and throughout the process, communication was excellent. It is reassuring to deal with people who respond quickly and seek solutions when you need them.
