This year I suffered a breakdown in the one they provided, which made it impossible to continue... It was a Sunday, very late in the afternoon. Getting to the hotel was complicated, already at night... however, Bicigrino responded, despite it being a holiday and at a complicated time. The next day, at eight-thirty in the morning, I had a magnificent replacement e-bike at the hotel so that I could continue my route. Bikes arrived in excellent condition. All we had to do was turn the handlebars and attach panniers. Would not have wanted any other bike on the Camino! We also used Bicigrino to transfer our luggage to our end destination. It was in Santiago waiting for us when we got there. The entire process was very easy. We had a problem with a blown out tire during our ride.
