The kitchen lead by Nati Palacín offers tasty dishes such as chickpea stew, lamb roasted or cooked in a casserole, garlic soup, made with typical Castrojeriz garlic, black pudding from Burgos and rice pudding.

If you request it, we can prepare roasted lamb in the casserole as was done in the old kitchens of straw, over low heat.
