"CASA TATA" is a set rural apartments of three keys, located in the municipality of Villaviciosa and more specifically in the parish of Carda, the same town where is located the cider factory of el gaitero. In fact, Casa Tata is very easy to find when doing the Camino, as it is right in front of the path and directly opposite the factory, which is very easy to identify.

Our apartments are based in the heart of the region of cider and are located just over 1 km away from the old town of Villaviciosa.

The materials used (wood, sandstone, rustic stoneware) give our apartments an old flavor and move us to other times, where the embers tempered the nights of Asturias.

The tasteful decoration of each apartment allows to get a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are fully equipped (kitchenware, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine) and have small appliances (toaster, blender, juicer and griddle). The apartments also have a television, DVD, telephone and internet access.

The exterior equipment includes spacious garden areas with BBQ perfect for eating outdoors, reading a book or simply admire the scenery. Of course everything is prepared to store bicycles of bike-pilgrims passing through our house when traveling through Camino de Santiago.

Cozy campsite with various types of accommodation ranging from camping to stay in simple wooden huts or bungalows with all amenities.

Located in the middle of the Northern Way at the eastern end of Asturias, just 4 kilometers from the town of Colombres, it is ideal as a place to end the stage, regain strength and continue the route through Asturias.

It is located on the beach of La Franca, which is accessed at the junction located at kilometer 286 of the N-634. The campsite has been renovated last year so it has some pretty new and comfortable facilities.

• Camping: 10 % discount for pilgrims.
• Cabins: Special price for pilgrims, 10 € per person and night.

In both cases, the price includes taxes and free hot showers, swimming pool and Wi-Fi signal.

• Bungalows: from 90 € per night (4 people). Includes taxes and parking place for one vehicle.

In camping and cabins there is no minimum stay; for Bungalows the minimum stay is 2 nights in June and September and 7 nights in July and August.

Services

All camping pitches have grass and plenty of shade. In all of them there is the possibility of having electrical connection and water hydrant.

Cabins are for 2 to 4 people (in bunk beds) and consist of beds with mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, electrical outlet where you can recharge your mobile phone and other small appliances and rack for clothes. Outside, next to the cabins, there is a place for keeping bicycles safe.

There are Bungalows of different types and sizes (4-6 people) and they all have kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV and veranda or terrace with outdoor furniture.

The site also has a renovated sanitary block with hot showers, toilet adapted for disabled people and baby changer, laundry with washer and dryer (coin operated), cafeteria and restaurant serving breakfast, typical Asturian tapas, combination plates and menus, a small supermarket with bread and other commodities; social club with board games and a computer with Internet access, safe, pool, playground, books and games loan service, information service and reservation of tourism activities.

In this spacious home a few kilometers from San Vicente de la Barquera, you will find the comfort and relaxation you need to recharge your batteries. The house has everything you need.

It is very important that you know that the house has a kitchen so you can cook but they do not have room service and you must be provided with supplies, if it is not the case it will be necessary to approach San Vicente (without panniers and the bike it will not cost too much) to buy food.

Casa da Balea or the “Whale´s Home” is a charming little Rustic Guesthouse in the historic centre of Corcubión, a fishing village with a historical-artistic complex. As the name suggests, it is the first theme accommodation in Spain dedicated to the world of whales.

The Way of Saint James passes right in front of our main door leading thousands of pilgrims each year towards Fisterra.
